1.准备好原料:芋头、海米、豆腐干、豆腐、蘑菇、方腿、木耳、棒骨汤和拆骨肉、鸡蛋、葱姜、水淀粉

2.将所有原料都切丁。

6.往锅中倒入高汤。

7.大火煮开后,转小火,煮8至10分钟。

8.将豆腐切小丁,放入锅中煮开。并加盐、鸡精调味。

9.往锅中勾入水淀粉。

10.在干净碗中打入一个鸡蛋。

11.将打散的鸡蛋顺时针方向撒入锅中,并用铲子或者勺子逆着方向推。“顺撒逆推满锅花”

12.最后加少许胡椒粉,淋入半小勺香油,调味并增加色泽。
